Documentation requirements—such as KYC, onboarding forms, and compliance records—are increasingly digitized, allowing secure submission and real-time verification. In addition, mobile-based survey tools enable field agents to conduct household assessments, map unbanked populations, and track service delivery outcomes. Access to online training modules, webinars, and multilingual content ensures ongoing skill enhancement, helping BCs stay updated with regulatory changes and digital financial services. Collectively, these online services strengthen outreach, improve service quality, and accelerate the goal of inclusive and accessible financial systems.

Farm Advisory Services

Ekgaon Farm services are transforming agriculture by improving access to advisory, certification, and capacity-building tools for farmers. Our digital platforms now provides real-time agriculture advisory on weather, soil health, crop planning, pest management, and market prices through mobile apps and web portals. Farmers and producer groups can apply for PGS (Participatory Guarantee System) organic certification online, manage group registrations, maintain farm records, and track certification status transparently. Documentation processes—such as land records, input usage logs, and compliance forms—are increasingly digitized, reducing paperwork and improving traceability. Mobile-based survey tools enable field facilitators to collect farm-level data, monitor crop conditions, and support planning at scale. In addition, farmers can access online training modules, videos, and webinars in local languages to build skills in sustainable practices, organic farming, and value addition. Together, these online services enhance productivity, transparency, and market linkages while promoting sustainable and inclusive agricultural development.
