Training and Support
Our experience in working with unfamiliar user groups who have had no previous exposure to technology has allowed us to develop a broad capacity for training, support and managing client requirements. We continue our grounded and deliberate approach in this domain as well. In the initial training period ekgaon is very active in introducing new users to the system. We take care to spend as much as time as possible in the field, acquainting users with the system, allowing them to feel comfortable in its usage, and allowing them to feel comfortable with ekgaon as their partner in the learning process.
ekgaon prefers a personal and interactive approach to managing user relations. In remote and inaccessible regions, ekgaon will seek out and train local students, educational institutions and technology providers to give immediate and careful attention to all user requests. When this is not possible, we will make every effort to send a trained and competent professional to the field to provide the necessary services. Coupled with ekgaon's commitment to complete and thorough documentation and online resources, we believe this provides a fool-proof response mechanism for managing requirements at the user site.
Although we prefer to work with our own crafted applications, ekgaon is also available to help provide training and support for third-party software and systems, particularly to local communities and organisations working for a social cause.
