System Administrator (Job code: SA) |
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering, Computer application with 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in system administration.
- System administration in Linux [Servers / Client] and windows environment, with experience in administration, security, migration.
- Good knowledge in various operating systems, Clustering server, Firewalls, Intrusion detection systems, RAID, Cron jobs, fail over concepts, backup mechanisms and hardware.
- Should be Redhat Certified RHCE / RHCA.
- Ability to manage LAN, WAN and VPN.
- Should have good written, oral communication skills and problem solving skills.
- Salary (Gross Per Annum): INR 240,000 - 420,000.

Database Administrator (Job code: DA) |
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering, Computer application with 3-5 years of demonstrable experience.
- Experience of working on PHP / MySQL / PostgreSQL and different database storage engines.
- Database security specialist - Specializes in the back-end of DB-driven websites.
- Expert in Database designing, Data analysis, Data dictionary, Data modeling and optimization, Localisation support using Unicode, Security administration, ODBC connections and Database normalization.
- Experience in handling financial / ecommerce systems databases, disaster recovery, performance analysis and tuning.

Team Leader (Job code: TL) |
Will lead project teams resource management, execution and implementation. Team Leader would have overall administrative and financial management responsibilities for the project. Liaise with clients for specification development and delivery of services post project delivery. The desired skills and experience:
- Management and or Technology graduate with 4-5 years of demonstrated project and team management skills in leading consultancy and/or software development firms.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to develop and manage multi-sector and multi-location teams.
- Excellent analytical & co-ordination skills, ability to motivate the team & deliver results against short timelines including project implementation.
- Demonstrated ability in handling relationships with clients and partners.
- Good communication (verbal and written), research, documentation and presentation skills.
- Desirable sectoral experience: Small and Medium Enterprises, Management Information Systems, E-commerce applications, web-portals and multi-language databases.
- Salary (Gross Per Annum): INR 240,000 - 420,000.

Customer Support Manager (Job code: CSM) |
Will lead customer support team resource management, execution and implementation for IT enabled services (Web & Mobile value added services). Customer Support Manager would have overall administrative, team and financial management responsibilities for the Customer Support Unit. Liaise with clients for specific service issues including retail and corporate clients and ensure delivery of services. The desired skills and experience:
- Management graduate with 4-5 years of demonstrated customer support team management skills in leading IT enabled services and Mobile VAS firms.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to develop & manage multi-location customer support teams.
- Excellent analytical, QA & co-ordination skills, ability to motivate team & deliver results against timelines.
- Demonstrated ability in handling relationships with clients and partners.

Senior Software Programmer (Job code: SSP) |
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering, Computer application with 3-5 years of demonstrable experience.
- Knowledge and experience in PHP / MySQL / PostGresql / XML / CSS / RSS / JAVA / AJAX / XSS / CURL / PERL, Image toolkit and W3C standards.
- Experience in CMS packages such as Drupal, Joomla, Mambo and payment gateways.
- Experience with financial management and ecommerce systems. Ability to porgramme for multilingual sites and portals with large relational databases.
- Specialisation in database driven websites and mobile based programme development would be an advantage.
- Should have good written and oral communication skills.
- Salary (Gross Per Annum): INR 180,000 - 300,000.
