About Chef

I am Jumana, Proud Mother of two foodie children, who shares the same passion for cooking n baking. Innovation, healthy eating is the key. Self - taught baker, food critic, travel enthusiast, love the uncommon stuff. Baking Sourdough bread is my latest passion! I love gardening, try to grow kitchen garden in my balcony. Reiki n sound healing( gives me immense happiness to see smile on people's faces after a healing session) and conscious living. I love to experiment with new dishes to suit our Indian pallete with locally grown produce. use seasonal ingredients.


Step: 1

Simply add everything to a large pot. Bring glass to a boil then simmer,with the lid on. For about an hour.

Step: 2

Once everything has been cooked, strain the liquid.

Step: 3

Serve immediately with some fresh herbs or cool for later. It also freezes well.
